General Policy
Best free traffic.net's general policy is to act as a provider of url tracking system. Best free traffic.net reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by bestfreetraffic.net when bestfreetraffic.net decides that the account has been inappropriately used.
Best free traffic.net forbids anyone from using our services for any sites that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend others. Sites must not contain any type of popup or exit ads or message downloads, frame breakers, re-directs or rotators or any form of automating email or virus. All Members must have a valid site in rotation at all times.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have them removed.
FRAUD - If Best free traffic.net even have the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat Bestfreetraffic.net your account will be terminated immediately!
Payment Policies
Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. best free traffic.net reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal .
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Client unless the cancellation was caused by Clients violation of bestfreetraffic.net's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. Refunds will be issued to you via PayPal.
Right To Refuse Service
Best free traffic.net reserves the right to cancel service to anyone for any violation of our TOS. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
Lawful Purpose
Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their Best Free Traffic account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless best free traffic.net for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). bestfreetraffic.net will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Best free traffic.net will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. best free traffic.net cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. best free traffic.net reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Client understands that best free traffic.net services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. best free traffic.net shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
